We will be updating the look of our Help Desk and Knowledge Base, so that we can better respond to our listeners. We hope this change will make it easier than ever to learn more about AccuRadio, send us suggestions, report problems and find solutions!
If you are registered on the current Help site, you will still be registered on the new one.
Articles available in the current Knowledge Base will still be available in the new one.
However, unresolved posts on our current Help forum will not carry over. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have a discussion in progress with our staff which has not yet been resolved, it will not automatically carry over to the new site. You may have to re-submit your question.
You can submit suggestions and questions to email@example.com any time. This email address is already connected to our new Help site, so it's a good idea to send new requests there.
