    Yes; I am UNABLE to get  "AccuRadio"  to work, as of 11:15am, Tuesday, February 28th 2017!!!!
    Comments:a.   I have following ALL the listed, five (5) recommendations that appear in the  "We may have hit a problem..."   list that sppears, when I am 'unable' to bring-up any music choice!b.   I have done both a 'cold' and 'warm' start of my computer!

    As a follow-up to my/our prior emails, below, my  "AccuRadio"  began operating properly, as of at least,  4:45pm-Tuesday, Feb 28th 2017!!    Thanks for your support!

    I just sent this  "2nd Request"  after NOT receiving a response to my 1st Request of 10:30am (EDT), Saturday, August 5th 2017!

DESPITE all available, on-line "Accu-Radio" on-line operational status reports indicating "All Systems Operational".............That is NOT repeat NOT the case in my situation! I have NOT have access to "Accu-Radio" service, since, at least, 1030am (EDT), August 5th 2017, and, already, sent my 1st email, via this same ":Accu-Radio" Support communications method! This is a 'continuing issue' that occurs and re-occurs, at least, once every three weeks or more frequently!William A. WittenbergQUOTE.

    We apologize that our service has once again not been working for you. In order to better understand the problems which are preventing our site from playing music, at this time I'd like to ask you to create a bug report - a screenshot of some of your browser's code.

    Try to visit our site, launch a channel, etc, and when you encounter a problem, please follow the directions in this article. This will help us investigate what is happening and hopefully find a solution for you.

    Out-of-Nowhere, my AccuRadio Account 'mysteriously &suddenly' opened, as per normal but without my doing anything!  Problem, apparently-solved for the present!
