Volume too low

This is a more recent problem. I have now spent another 10 minutes going through all your potential solutions. Even the discussion shows the problem, but no resolve. have you changed anything in the past few months that has affected it? PLEASE PROVIDE A SOLUTION !!. Sincerely, Joyce Bourcier

    Hello Joyce,

    Thanks for writing in, and sorry you're encountering this problem. To an extent, variations in volume can happen from song to song because tracks are mastered differently to preserve the dynamic range of sounds. Is this the kind of volume problem to which you refer, or is something else happening?

    Thanks Crystal for your response.

    The volume isn’t between the songs. It is when I use your volume control. Sometimes I can push it all the way up and there is no change in sound. It doesn’t happen all the time, but a bit more lately.

If you should notice in the future that using the volume slider in our music player does not work to change the volume of the music, we would greatly appreciate a bug report.
