It looks like Im wasting my time giving Five Star,the count on the bottom sometimes works,and i may just stop doing it,you know.
I will see if its fixed in six months from now.

    Dear Crystal
    My Accu Radio does not want to give a five star,and I try again,and still does not want
    to do it,I change music,and still does not give a five star. It gave me one five star out of
    all the music I did hear. Now you tell me what am I doing wrong?

    Hi Todd,

    Based on your description, there are a few things I want to review.

    • Currently, music in our Holiday channels is NOT included in your Five Star Radio channel playlist, even if it's highly rated. Those ratings should still count towards your total number of ratings, however.

    • Your Five Star Radio channel will unlock after you've given ratings of four or five stars to a certain number of songs. Right now, that number is about 20. Until you've highly rated enough songs, the channel will be greyed out.

    If instead what's happening is that you're trying to rate songs highly, but the actual rating buttons aren't functioning properly for you, please let us know. The next step in that situation would be to send us a bug report:
