Log-In

I log-in. It plays for some time at time. After some time after it's playing for a while, it asks me to log-in again. Why?

This started first last November. Before November 2016 down to 2003, when I discover Accuradio, it NEVER asked me to log-in twice.

Please fix this! It used to play for me continuous at times for 5-days.

    Hi John,

    Sorry you have been experiencing this error! In order to help figure out what's causing it, I'd like to ask for a little more information from you.

    First - are you listening to AccuRadio on a Roku or Sonos, or on a laptop or desktop?

    Second - if you're on a laptop or desktop, do you use Facebook to log in, or log in using your email address?

    Also, the next time this happens, if you can do so please send us a screenshot of the error message that pops up. This will help us figure out the source of the problem.
