I like Accuradio a lot, and listen to it most days for upwards of ten hours. (And I'm one of those folks who would gladly pay for the option to get rid of ads, and have perhaps a little more control over content.)

This question is classical-specific (which is almost all that I listen to). I understand that the service is heavily geared to popular music, with the two main pieces of data being the song (title) and artist (singer or whatever). However, I would like to (for instance) have a "ban composer" option. I'd really like a Baroque channel that plays absolutely ZERO Vivaldi -- a third-rate hack who wrote a few decent numbers.

And, as a perhaps more doable option, when I ban a song or artist, I'd like that ban to be in effect for ALL channels. What good is banning a particular bit of dreadful Beethoven (for example) on the Beethoven channel, and have it play in the Classical channel? Ban means I NEVER WANT TO HEAR THIS AGAIN, PERIOD. One way you could do that would be to have something like a zero-star rating option, which would mean Never Play On Any Channel. I thought the one-star option would get me part-way there, but find myself skipping past all to many 1-star tunes that crop up in my feed.

But what I really want is never to hear Vivaldi.
